University of Phoenix Stadium, Glendale, AZ

1. Go to your network connections.
   1. START -> CONTROL PANEL -> NETWORK CONNECTIONS on XP.
   2. START -> CONTROL PANEL -> NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER -> MANAGE NETWORK CONNECTIONS on Vista.
2. Right click on LOCAL AREA CONNECTION and left click on DISABLE.
3. Unplug the ethernet cable from the computer.
4. Shut down the computer.
5. Unplug the power cable from the modem.
6. Wait 30 – 45 seconds.
7. Plug the power cable into the modem.
8. Wait 30 -  45 seconds or until the modem has completed its start up sequence and established a connection with the internet.  Check for the "Online," "Cable," "Cable Link," or "Internet" light to become solid.
9. Start up the computer.
10. Wait until the computer has completed its start up sequence.
11. Go to your network connections.
    1. START -> CONTROL PANEL -> NETWORK CONNECTIONS on XP.
    2. START -> CONTROL PANEL -> NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER -> MANAGE NETWORK CONNECTIONS on Vista.
12. Right click on LOCAL AREA CONNECTION and left click on ENABLE.
13. When the status of the adapter shows "A network cable is unplugged," wait 15 – 20 seconds.
14. Plug the ethernet cable into the PC.
15. Wait for the status of the adapter to show "Connected."
16. Open your browser.

If the adapter shows "Limited or no connectivity," call Microsoft for instructions on how to clear the Winsock file through the command prompt.
